NOTE: We do not support beta versions of browsers or compatibility modes as display results can widely vary. Also, we do not support Private Browsing Mode when accessing from a Mobile Browser.
Upon entering the environment, a system check is run which will identify computer requirements that need to be addressed to interact with the online environment. It is recommended to view the environment with the display resolution of 1280 x 768. To run the system check, click here.
Before you access the environment, you should ensure that your browser is configured to stream media. All webcasts require a broadband connection. For webcasts including video, you will need a minimum Internet connection of 450Kbps. INXPO recommends a connection of 750Kbps or higher.

Problems with Chat
If you are experiencing problems using the chat communication features within the event, such as not receiving new message notifications or being unable to send text in a chat window, it may be due to the configuration of your company's network. Certain firewall configurations can prevent the communication features from functioning properly. Click here for details.
Problems with Presentations
If you are experiencing difficulty viewing or hearing a presentation, first run this system check to determine if your system is configured properly for viewing presentations. Please note that this system check is specific for presentations, and differs from the system check that is run when logging into the event.
