Ray leads the strategic direction of the Fiatech consortium and manages the operations. Fiatech is actively developing and implementing projects that increase the value return in capital projects lifecycle through new and emerging technologies. Ray's past experience includes leadership roles in CH2M HILL having served on the firm's Global Operations Leadership Team for 20 years.
He served as CH2M HILL's firmwide Engineering Design Group Director for 15 years with overall responsibility for engineering design delivery throughout North America and globally. Ray filled senior leadership roles on CH2M Hill's CLM Delivery Partnership for the London 2012 Olympics Program, Program Director for the Masdar City Sustainable Development in Abu Dhabi, UAE and as a Senior Adviser on the Panama Canal Expansion Program.
