- Do I need to pay for the show and where
do I go on September 27, 2007?
The PCMagCast Mobility Technology Online Expo is offered
FREE to all registrants, so anyone interested in attending
the tradeshow or viewing any of our educational panels
is welcome FREE of charge.
Since this is a virtual event, the only place you
need to go is in front of your computer! We will be
sending you updates and a “Success Kit” to walk you
through all our best known practices to ensure that
your online experience in our tradeshow is the best
possible.
- What happens if I miss the live online expo?
Is there any way to still access the show?
If you should happen to miss the show on September 27,
2007, you will be able to access the platform and
its recorded content on demand. For any registrants
unable to attend, we will be sending a follow up email
after the show inviting you to view the archived show
at your leisure for up to 3 months. All access information
will be sent to you via email and all you will need
to do is link to the tradeshow through the email.
You will also be able to go to www.pcmagcast.com and
we will post a link for the tradeshow there for your
convenience. You will only need to use your same username
and password that you used to register initially for
the event.
- What are the minimum
requirements from my computer that I will need to
participate?
To interact with the online show requires a Windows
PC or Mac (200MHz or faster, with at least 64MB of
RAM, a 16-bit sound card, and a 16-bit color display)
with Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or Firefox 1.5.
Mac users must use Firefox 1.5. Macromedia Flash Player
8 is also required. We highly recommend that you have
high speed Internet access (Cable, DSL, Network).
To view presentations, you will also need to have
a media player installed: Either Microsoft Windows
Media Player 9 or higher, or RealPlayer 10 / RealOne.
Pop-up blockers must be disabled, and you should enable
cookies and JavaScript. On entering the show, a system
check is run which will identify PC requirements that
need to be addressed to interact with the online event.

- Is this online expo Firefox compatible? If
yes, which FireFox platforms will it support?
Yes, this show is Firefox compatible. The expo will
support version 1.5 or higher.
- Will I still be able to participate if
my company has a corporate firewall in place?
In most cases firewalls will not pose any problem.
You should be able to participate in the entire event
even if your company has a firewall in place.
If you are noticing any intermittent issues, we recommend
you white list all HTTP traffic to “*.inxpo.com”.
- How can I get my company or myself involved
in either speaking on an event panel or to sponsor
this online expo?
