Russell Humphries
Russell Humphries is a proven technical innovator - a conduit between marketing
vision and software creation. He specializes in the design, delivery and marketing
of security and cryptographic applications at Microsoft. Russell has 18 years
of software development experience and has worked with Microsoft for three of
those years.
Russell joined Microsoft tasked with the responsibility for finding, designing
and driving the implementation of a solution to the ‘stolen laptop scenario’
- the end result of which is called BitLocker™ Drive Encryption. He is currently
the Senior Product Manager for Windows Vista Security.
