Prior to joining Ziff Davis Enterprise in 2004, Maglitta served in senior content leadership roles at Computerworld, Information Week, Mainspring Communications and Digital Review. He also worked as Account Director at PR agency Schwartz Communications, and as a respected independent journalist and researcher contributing to Red Herring, Sloan Management Journal, BioIT World, National Security Institute, SAP Info, State Tech, Ed Tech, Fed Tech and many other top publications.

Joe holds a BA in Journalistic Studies/English from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst, and has done graduate coursework at Boston College (Philosophy, Psychology), Boston University (Advanced Communications), Northeastern University (Technical Communications) and St. John's Seminary (Philosophy, Theology). He lives with his family in Cambridge, MA, and parks his car near Harvard Yard.
