Brian Babineau

Based in Palo Alto, CA, Brian serves as a senior analyst covering storage and information management solutions. In addition, his research activities continue to focus on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, as well as electronic discovery and how these impact IT processes and architectures. With an accounting background, Brian also supports ESG's financial services offerings to vendors and investors.

Brian joined the Enterprise Strategy Group in the fall of 2002 to support ESG's Research and Institutional Investor practices. During his time at ESG, Brian has presented ESG research findings at several industry events including Storage Networking World, FOSE (Government IT Event), NAB (Media and Entertainment and RIMS (Risk Management). Before joining ESG, Brian spent three years at EMC Corporation where he held a variety of positions. Most notably, Brian worked on several software pricing and sales operations initiatives.

Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Marketing from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.
