Jim Hamilton

As Executive Director of MSP Partners, Jim Hamilton is responsible for leading this Managed Services education program for Solution Providers. Since its inception in March, 2007, Jim has worked with MSP Partners founding partners (Cisco, Ingram Micro, Intel, Level Platforms and Microsoft) and industry thought leaders to deliver award winning Managed Services education and to include over 5,000 Solution Provider members and more than 40 vendor partners.

Prior to MSP Partners, Jim was the Director of Sales Operations for Symbium Corporation where he oversaw partner development, and support. In previous positions, Jim was responsible for building and managing IT environments in technology startups Ceyba and Cambrian Systems, as well as managing large established IT environments at Nortel Networks and Newbridge Networks.
