Stephen F. Douglas, CSP, ARM, is Risk Control Director of CNA Technology, which provides insurance and risk control solutions to businesses in information technology and internet services, telecommunications, and electronic component and hardware manufacturing. He has worked in Risk Control for eleven years and has also worked as a production engineer in electronics manufacturing.

Mr. Douglas has presented courses on Privacy and Computer Network Security Risks across the country as part of CNA's School of Risk Control Excellence, as well as to trade and insurance organizations. Mr. Douglas has also written and contributed to articles and whitepapers on a wide variety of technology risk related topics including areas such as nanotechnology, information risks, technology errors and omissions, network security and risk management for information technology companies.
