Dr. Herb Hauser is a leading authority on the deployment of technology as a real estate asset. As President of Midtown Technologies, LLC, the real estate development industry's foremost provider of revenue-enhancing technology infrastructure solutions, he has consulted on major projects across the country, including The Plaza Hotel & Residences, the Brooklyn Navy Yard, the Ritz Carlton Condominium Residences in Baltimore and North Hills, the North Beach Plantation Resort and Residence in Myrtle Beach, Ernst & Young World Headquarters in Times Square and the Comcast Center in Philadelphia. In recognition of his seminal role in this rapidly developing field, Dr. Hauser has been interviewed by publications including The New York Times, Investor's Business Daily and the Chicago Tribune, and has spoken to national organizations ranging from the Construction Management Association of America, the Building Owners and Managers Association, and the Killer App Expo.

Previously, as founder of Barnes Wentworth Inc., Dr. Hauser pioneered the development of information infrastructure strategy in real estate development. Among his achievements at Barnes Wentworth was the Monterey Bay Military Housing Redevelopment at Fort Ord, 2,400 homes for military families valued at $1.3 billion; Dr. Hauser provided the technology master planning for the project's owners, Clark Realty Capital and the Department of the Army.

Prior to his business career, Dr. Hauser taught, published and conducted scientific research at some of the nation's leading academic institutions. As a recipient of the highly prestigious National Research Service Award, he taught a course at the University of Pennsylvania that was so popular it was known for its three-year wait list. He has published articles in the world's leading scientific journals, including Science. Dr. Hauser earned PhD and Masters Degrees from Rutgers University and a Bachelors degree from SUNY Albany.
