Terri Ciccodicola is the Director of the Firmwide Intelligence Reporting Solutions Team (FIRST) at Booz Allen Hamilton, an International Management Consulting firm. In this role, she is responsible for a team charged with firm-wide BI tools deployment, report development, data security, database management, reports/model/tools maintenance and end user training and support. In this capacity, her team serves as a business partner to worldwide internal clients developing innovative systems strategy across the organization while anticipating needs and providing creative, actionable reports. She is known for her ability to strategically assess business drivers and recommend solutions for complex situations, creating a vision and working cooperatively to develop and drive an implementation plan.

Previous to her current role, Terri has held several other positions in her 20 year tenure at Booz Allen. She was responsible for implementing and supporting a number of Financial/HR related applications. She was charged with overseeing the maintenance/security function, ensuring data integrity, reviewing accounting processes and controls, and recommending and implementing improvements. Prior to her Reporting and Financial Systems experience, she was in the manager of the International Finance department, supporting Asia Pacific/Japan.

Ms. Ciccodicola holds a BA in Accounting from Siena College an MBA Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
