As Accenture's ITIL Global Practice Lead, Michael guides the adoption and implementation of IT and ITIL-based strategies and best practices for Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries. Michael has completed advanced programs at Harvard and MIT's Sloan School of Management and is co-author of the new version of ITIL.
