LaCroix-Hauri has a track record of success in the areas of Information Security leadership, enterprise technology deployment, people development and consulting. During this time her leadership, communications, mentoring and team building skills have been sharpened, giving her the ability to lead complex, leading edge programs across international communities. Prior to joining DFS in May of 2005, Ms. LaCroix-Hauri held the position of Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Aon Corporation in Chicago. She also gained extensive technology operations management experience while working for AT&T, R.R. Donnelley, Perot Systems and Mesirow Financial. She was invited to the White House in 2003 to discuss concepts of local government, community colleges and business working together to formulate business reconstitution plans.

Committed to the success of others, Tina sits on the Advisory Board of Directors of Global Protocol, a Business Etiquette and Protocol training organization. She is also passionate about giving back to the IT Security community and does so through serving as a Board Member and was the Chapter President of the ISSA Chicago Chapter from 2003-2005. She also is the Chair of the Advisory Board of the Wright College Computer Security & Forensic Investigation Program in Chicago. In service to the community, Ms. LaCroix-Hauri serves on the Board of Directors of OAI, Inc. - Workforce Development, a not-for profit organization devoted to training people to move from government funded programs to productive lives and careers.

Ms. LaCroix-Hauri holds a Bachelors degree from Northwestern University.
