Eric Ullman is director of product management for EMC's award-winning Retrospect backup software products designed for small and medium businesses. Over the past 18 years, Ullman has held a number of positions--including systems engineer and technical marketing manager--in direct support of channel partners, solutions integrators, and consultants. Ullman believes that it's impossible to do his job without the feedback provided by managed service partners, and that managed service partners can't be successful without his team's commitment and support.
