Ashish has architected major initiatives for leading firms all over the world, and continues to act as a trusted advisor to their CEOs. He is an expert in leading multiple disciplines through crisis, and developing market-focused business architectures that leverage technology and decrease risk.
Mr. Gadnis is Managing Partner of Forward Hindsight, www.forwardhindsight.com, an innovative management consulting firm focused on mapping IT strategy to business goals and requirements. Through his leadership, Forward Hindsight has grown to seven figure revenues by developing strategic advantages for major corporations such as AirTran, Best Buy, UnitedHealth Group and Carlson Companies. He is currently finishing his new book, Sustainable Disruption, which will be released in the Fall of 2007.
He has held senior executive positions at corporations including Fourth Generation, United HealthGroup and Personnel Decisions Incorporated. Recognized as one of the '40 under 40' by Twin Cities Business Journal, he has developed frameworks and business strategies to achieve significant return on investment from technology initiatives. He earned a Bachelor of Science in systems engineering from Bombay University and an MBA with an emphasis on finance and marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
