Where is the tradeshow taking place?
Virtual Tradeshows are digital events that take place entirely online.
How much does it cost to attend?
Our tradeshows are completely free of charge for all attendees! For a full listing of on-demand and upcoming events click here
What are the minimum system requirements?
- A Windows PC or Mac with Internet Explorer 6.0 or Firefox 1.5 minimum. Other browsers may not be able to access the full show.
- Macromedia Flash Player 8 or higher
- High speed internet access (Cable, DSL, Network) is required for all presentations and is highly recommended for the overall show
- Pop-up blockers must be disabled
- Sound card and speakers/headphones are required for in-show audio.
- The preferred screen resolution is 1024 x 768 pixels. You may not be able to view the full show if your resolution is any lower.
How do I test my system to see if it meets the minimum requirements?
Upon entering the show, a system check will automatically run and identify any system requirements that need to be addressed. To test your system now, please click here.
I can't make it on the live event date; can I still access the show?
All Virtual Tradeshows are archived and available on-demand for at least six months after the event date. You can enter the archived show exactly the same way you would the live show.
Registration and Login Questions:
What is the registration password?
You must create a password during the registration process that you will use to enter the show.
How do I enter the show?
On the day of the event, click the "Enter the Show" button on this site and plug-in your login information. After a brief system check, you will be taken to the show.
Why don't I see the "Enter the Show" button?
The "Enter the Show" button will appear at 9:00 am ET on June 17, 2009. If you do not see it, please refresh your browser and/or clear your cache. For instructions on how to clear your cache, select the browser you are using from the list below.

How do I turn off pop-up blockers?

Why do I get a white screen when I log into the show?

Why do I get a "User Already Logged In" message when I try to log back into the show?
Please wait 1 minute for the system to detect that you are no longer active in the show, then try logging back in. If you cannot get in after one minute, call our helpline at (212) 503-5786.
Webcast Questions:
How do I view the presentations?
Once you have registered and logged into the Virtual Tradeshow, click the "Presentations" button at the top of your page.
Why can't I see the presentation?
You may need to change the settings on your browser. Click on the links below for browser-specific instructions.

Why do I get a white screen when I view a presentation?

Why don't I hear any sound in the presentation?
Please make sure your speakers are on and the volume is turned up. If you still don't hear the audio, try pressing the "F5" button on your keyboard to refresh the presentation console.
Is there a dial-in number to listen to the audio?
No, there is no dial-in number. Presentations stream online, so to listen, all you need to do is turn on your speakers or plug in a pair of headphones.
I missed the event/presentation, is it possible for me to see it at a later time?
Yes! Each virtual tradeshow is available on-demand for at least six months beginning the day after the event ends. You can enter the on-demand show exactly the same way you would the live show.

Firewall Questions:
Why do I get a white screen when trying to view the show or the presentations?
Make sure that all active firewalls on your computer are disabled. Firewalls are commonly associated with internet security programs (Norton, McAfee etc.). Check your specific program to make sure there are no firewalls blocking your access to the show.
How can I view the show with a corporate firewall running?
If you cannot view the complete show due to a corporate firewall, ask your IT department to white list the following domains: presentations.inxpo.com (port 80), vts.inxpo.com (port 80), content.inxpo.com (port 80), chat.inxpo.com (port 80), upload.inxpo.com (port 80), pubsuite.com (port 80), fms.inxpo.com (port 80, 1935), secure.inxpo.com (port 80, 443). This should be applied to your adware and spyware blocker technologies in addition to your corporate firewall.
Can I view the show through a proxy?
If you will be accessing the show via proxy, please check with your IT department as some ports may need to be forwarded in order to properly access the virtual environment
