JIM WALDO is a Partner at AVT Consulting, a management and technology consulting firm based in St. Louis Park. Jim is Vice President of Business Process Management at AVT. Jim has helped many clients successfully exploit the benefits of process reengineering, process improvement and BPM. Prior to joining AVT, Jim played key consulting roles KPMG Peat Marwick and Computer Sciences Corporation, as well as being Director of Corporate Information Systems at Honeywell.

Outside of work, Jim can often be found on Lake Superior's North Shore. He is a string bass player and serves on the board of the Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra.
