Mikki Tomlinson

Ms. Tomlinson has served as Litigation Support Manager for Chesapeake Energy Corporation since July 2006. Her focus is implementation and management of procedures related to all aspects of litigation support, including the discovery and management of both electronically stored information and physical files. In her capacity as Litigation Support Manager, Ms. Tomlinson works closely with the corporation's records, information and enterprise content management teams to implement and maintain legally defensible practices related to the preservation, discovery and management of data. Further, Ms. Tomlinson regularly provides continuing education related to litigation support matters to internal corporate counsel and outside counsel.

Ms. Tomlinson has been working in the legal industry for more than 17 years. Prior to her employment with Chesapeake Energy Corporation, she co-founded Software@Law, Inc., in 2002, with a focus on providing consulting and training in the area of litigation support to law firms and corporate legal departments. Her previous experience was gained in law firms.
