Why is WebEx offering an online event?

How long will the event material be available after the live event?
All event material and exhibits will be available for six months following the event to registered attendees at no additional costs.
What do I need to do before I attend?
Attendance is free! Just fill out our registration form. You’ll immediately receive an email confirmation with detailed instructions for attending. You will also be receiving reminders as we get closer to the event dates. Then, on the days of the event, all you'll need to do is enter your email address and password provided upon initial registration to access the online event.
What are the minimum requirements from my PC in order to participate in the Ziff Davis Enterprise Virtual Tradeshow?
In order to participate in the Keynotes and Presentations (webinars), you need to have the following minimum systems requirements:
- Windows PC with Internet Explorer 6.0 minimum or Firefox 1.5. Mac with Firefox 1.5 is also supported.
- High Speed Internet access (Cable, DSL, Network) is highly recommended for the overall show and is required for all Presentations
- Pop-up Blockers must be disabled
- 200 MHz or faster
- 64 MB RAM minimum/128 MB recommended
- 16 bit sound card and speakers/headphones
- 65,000 (16 bit) color video display card
- Windows 2000/Windows XP Streaming Media Player (Microsoft Windows Player 9 or RealNetworks Real Player 10 and RealOne)
- Your browser needs to have cookies and JavaScript enabled
When you enter the show, a system check will run to identify any PC requirements that need to be addressed before interacting with the online show.
Can I participate in the event using a PC behind our corporate firewall?
Yes, by modifying a few parameters in the configuration of your Windows Media Player. You will need to enable the use of proxy for HTTP streaming in your Windows Media Player.
