1. To disable the Yahoo Popup Blocker, click the popup blocker button on the toolbar to display the options menu.
2. If the popup blocker button is not visible, try refeshing the toolbar by clicking the "Toolbar Setting" button and selecting the "Refresh Toolbar" option.

3. Select the "Enable Popup Blocker" option if it is checked. This will uncheck the option and disable the popup blocker for all sites.

4. The toolbar button will change indicating that popups are allowed.
