1. The MSN Toolbar's pop-up blocker can be turned off by simply clicking the button labelled "Blocking" on the toolbar. After clicking this button, the label will change to "Allowed". This will allow popups from all sites.

2. MSN Toolbar's pop-up blocker can be completely disabled via the options dialog. To open the options dialog, click the options button at the right side of the toolbar.
3. Select the "Pop-up Blocker" item in the tree on the left to display the Pop-up Blocker options.
4. Uncheck the "Turn on Pop-up Blocker" checkbox and click the "OK" button.
