1. Open your browser, click on the "Tools" tab, and select "Internet Options".
2. Make sure the "Security" tab is selected.
3. Under the "Security" tab, select "Internet".
4. Find "Security level for this zone", move the slider to "Medium", and then click "OK".

Note:
If you have a setting of "Custom", as shown in the left image, you must click the "Default Level" button before the slider becomes visible.

3. Under "Settings", move the slider to "Low", and then click "OK".

2. Your Internet Explorer SP2 Popup Blocker can also be disabled via the checkbox near the bottom of the dialog.
