1. Open your browser, click on the "Tools" tab, and select "Options".
2. Make sure the "Content" tab is selected.
3. Uncheck the "Block Popup Windows" option, and click "OK".
4. The blocker will be turned off completely, allowing popups on all sites until it is re-enabled.
