Chrysi Philalithes

Recognized in both The Guardian’s ‘50 Women to Watch’ and Management Today’s ‘35 Women Under 35’, Chrysi is a founding member of Espotting - the company that pioneered Pay-Per-Click Advertising and search marketing in UK. She helped expand Espotting across Europe before the business merged with FindWhat.com in a deal which valued the company at $186m. Today, she is VP Global Marketing & Communications for MIVA – the new name for Espotting/FindWhat.com following a high-profile global re-brand led by Chrysi.

Espotting won a string of awards including ‘Most Dynamic UK Media Company’ (Media Momentum Awards), ‘Fastest growing IT company’ (Europe’s 500 Awards) and ‘Top 50 Creative Business’ (Financial Times).

Chrysi’s previous roles include New Business Manager at WCRS, a UK Top 20 ad agency. While there, WCRS was short-listed two years in a row for Campaign Magazine’s ‘Agency of the Year’.

Chrysi holds a BA (Honors) in Economics & Politics from Leeds University, an MBA from the University of London’s Imperial College and is currently reading an MA in Human Rights at Columbia University, NYC.
