Ross Federgreen

Ross Federgreen is founder of CSRSI, the leading recognized independent consultancy in payments. He has performed hundreds of payment system consultations for companies ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 100’s. He has lectured widely and has authored numerous articles. His articles have appeared in Transaction Trends, The Bottom Line, Inside Self-Storage, The Mini Messenger, Grocery Headquarters and many other professional and trade journals. Ross is a professional member of the Hospitality Financial and Technical Professionals, the National Association of Clearing House Administrators, the Electronic Transaction Association, the Computer Security Institute and EASTPAY. He has consulted for the US Senate, USAID, The Rockefeller Fund, McKinsey & Co, as well as Booz-Allen-Hamilton. He was appointed to the Department of Homeland Security. He currently serves on the Advisory Board to the “Green Sheet” and is section editor for payments for Inside Self-Storage Magazine.
