Larry Becker is VP and Principal, Website Effectiveness at the Rimm-Kaufman Group, an online agency specializing in paid search and website effectiveness.

Becker is recognized within online retail for skills in site usability and conversion, design, content development, merchandising and marketing.
Prior to joining RKG, Becker worked at Crutchfield Corporation as VP, E-commerce with primary responsibility for Crutchfield.com a website with more than $100 million in annual revenues.

Under Becker's leadership, Crutchfield’s site received “best of the web” recognition from Time.com, Forbes, and Kiplinger, and multiple Bizrate Circle of Excellence and Internet Retailer Top 50 awards.

Becker speaks at numerous industry events including Ad:tech, Shop.org and DMA's conferences. His column, The Effective Website, appears regularly in Multichannel Merchant. Becker guest lectures on website usability at The University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.
