Anton Konikoff

Anton E. Konikoff is the Founder and CEO of Acronym Media, a Top 10 Search Agency
located on the 55th Floor of the Empire State Building in New York City. Anton
has built Acronym Media from a start-up to a global search marketing agency with
operations in New York, Raleigh, San Diego, and Singapore.
In the 1990s, Anton pioneered and built an award-winning e-commerce and online
marketing operation at Lydall Inc. (NYSE:LDL). On the agency side, Anton served
as VP, Online Marketing at Healthology, Inc., driving the company growth that
led to eventual sale to iVillage (now part of NBC Universal/GE).
His expertise spans such areas as search engine optimization (SEO), paid search,
contextual marketing, usability/conversion enhancement, and search analytics.
He has been a keen observer, an innovator, and a thought-leader in the SEM space
since the industry’s early days in 1995. Anton is active in DMA, AMA, and
SEMPO and is often featured as a speaker at Search Engine Strategies, Ad:Tech,
and Search Insider Summit conferences.
Anton’s clients over the years included SAP, Sirius Satellite Radio, Merck,
Bristol-Myers Squibb, AstraZeneca, Four Seasons Hotels, Scholastic, ADP, WebMD,
Humana, and Register.com, among others.
Anton holds a B.S. degree in International Business from the University of Bridgeport,
and an M.B.A. degree from Graduate School of Business at Union College. Anton
serves as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Pratt Institute. He lives in New
York City.
