Brian is a frequently published author and contributor to publications like Multichannel Merchant (formerly Catalog Age), MarketingProfs.com, the American Marketing Association's MarketingPower.com and Opt-In News, and a presenter at DMA conferences such as ACCM (formerly ACC), DMA06, DMA05, and DM Days.
