Note: An .FLV is only acceptable for certain campuses in Show Floor Builder. For all other show areas see Video Custom Extra information below.

An .FLV can be loaded into Show Floor Builder in a campus with Jumbotron Video capabilities. A Jumbotron Video Person is set up in the Jumbotron Properties under the Video tab.

For all other areas including Lobby, Booth, Exhibit Hall, etc; additional conversion is required. Conversion of FLV to SWF is processd manually to create a preloader, auto play on users' first visit, and display a replay button on subsequent visits. You will be notified when your .FLV file is converted into a Custom Extra.

An SWF can be created in Adobe Flash to create a preloader, auto play on users' first visit, and display a replay button on subsequent visits; see Notes for more information and templates.
