For optimum results, it is highly recommended a vector scalable image is used for this area.  All text in the file should be in vector format in order to display at the highest quality possible.

Note: .EPS conversions are done manually. You will be notified when your .EPS file is converted.

If an .EPS/.SWF is not available, you may upload a .JPG or .GIF to preserve transparency you can place a .PNG inside of a .SWF.

Flash Note: All .SWF files should be kept at a 5 second max. published at 30 frames per second for Flash 8.

Also your .SWF may not be a _root file.
