Login Errors

Already Logged In

Overview: The most likely cause of this is a second attempt to log in after a pop-up or script blocker has prevented the show floor window from opening, or the user's cookie settings are not correct. When the user logs in with a valid ID and password, the VTS system tracks the successful login then displays the show floor in a new window. If something prevents the show floor window from opening, the user will need to wait up to 1 minute for the system to detect the inactive login and allow the user to log in again. If the new window is appearing, but instead of displaying the show floor it displays a login page, this is most likely a cookie problem.

NOTE: Users that received the "Already Logged In" message due to popup or script blockers preventing the display of the show floor window cannot be booted from the admin portal. They must wait until the system detects their inactivity and logs them out. (up to 1 minute)
