Flash Test Fails
Overview: Either the user has an incompatible (old) version installed or they do not have the Flash Player installed at all. This can also occur if the Flash control is malfunctioning.
Possible Resolutions (click to choose your browser)
- Determine if the Flash player is installed.

- If the user has an existing version, uninstall that and reinstall the latest version
