Overview: This situation occurs when the user is using a browser / operating system combination other than Internet Explorer on Windows, Firefox on Windows or Safari on Mac. Internet Explorer on the Mac will not work, regardless of the version. Other browsers running on windows such as Opera or Konqueror will also generate this error condition.

NOTE: When Google Chrome updates, it will automatically update the user’s Flash Player to the latest version.
