Set Firefox Privacy
Overview: Confirm that the user's Firefox Privacy setting (cookies) is configured to allow cookies. This setting is accessed from the "Tools --> Options" menu in Firefox.
- Select the "Privacy" icon near the top of the Options dialog.
- Select the "Cookies" tab to display the cookie options.
- Ensure that the "Allow sites to set Cookies" option is checked.
- The setting is correct when user's screen matches the image above.
- You may also configure Firefox to allow cookies on a site-by-site basis by using the "Exceptions" dialog. Click the "Exceptions" button and enter the value "inxpo.com" and click the "Allow" button. Now Firefox should always allow cookies from the Virtual Event.

SET Firefox Content Options
Overview: Confirm that the user's Firefox Content settings are configured to allow VTS features. This setting is accessed from the "Tools --> Options" menu in Firefox.
- Select the "Content" icon near the top of the Options dialog.
- Disable the Firefox popup blocker by un-checking the "Block Popup Windows" option, or leave the popup blocker on and allow popups from "inxpo.com". To allow popups for a site, click the "Allowed Sites" button and enter "inxpo.com" and click the "Allow" button.
- Ensure that the "for the orginating web site only" option is un-checked.
- Ensure that the "Enable JavaScript" option is checked.
- The settings are correct when user's screen matches the image on the left (above).
- Click the "Advanced" button to the right of the "Enable JavaScript" option. Make sure the top two options are selected, as shown below.
