Overview: Confirm that the user's Chrome Security options are configured correctly. The settings are accessed from Wrench Icon, located on the top right hand corner of the browser.

• Click the Wrench Icon on the browser toolbar
• Select Options (Preferences on Mac and Linux; Settings on a Chromebook).
• Click the Under the Hood tab.
• The following setting is recommended for VTS access, but not for all Internet viewing. For Accept cookies: select Always.
• The setting is correct when user's screen matches the image below.
